The project involves installing photovoltaic (PV) solar panels with supporting inverters and battery backup systems on the south-facing rooftop of Building 4513. The existing generator at Building 4513 will be reworked and integrated with the newly installed solar panels and battery storage to create a high-resiliency 480-volt grid-stabilization system. Additionally, on the south-facing roof of Building 4455, the contractor will construct and install up to seven (7) 50kW sections of PV solar panels. These installations will augment Building 4513 with PV solar capacity for clean renewable energy usage offset, tying into the grid stabilization system installed on Building 4513. Work will be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications.
