Site work for a civil project in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of 06/09/2025 no bids received. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The project includes: furnish and install new strong acid cation exchange resin in eleven (11) existing advanced amberpack municipal water softener vessels at mtud's well #21 performed under the contractor's radioactive materials license, inspections to each vessel, replacement of existing galvanized steel drain piping, valves, and fittings with cpvc, replacement of existing 2-inch media fill and drain nozzles for five (5) out-of-service vessels replacement of pressure gauges and fittings for six (6) vessels, and miscellaneous repairs to vessel internals. Bid security must accompany each bid and shall be in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000, and may be given at the option of the bidder by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. This contract requires a performance bond. The township of monroe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of n.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. And n.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
