This Design-Build project provides needed administration and operational spaces for NATO JFCNF to continue mission capabilities. It includes construction of a permanent modular facility that meets the requirements of permanent construction per applicable codes and standards. Support elements include site preparations such as clearing, earthwork, excavation, cut and fill, grading, paving, and stormwater improvements. The site is currently vacant except for several small NGIS units, and all utilities must be brought to the site for tie-in to the new facility. The project will be procured using two-phase design-build selection procedures and requires both non-price (technical and past performance) and price proposals. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000, with a completion time of 730 calendar days after award.
