The University is seeking qualified service provider(s) to furnish all Labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to provide Janitorial Services at the Village Apartments for Facilities Management. Pre-Bid Conference: See solicitation documents for optional pre bid /proposal conference/site visit. Period of Contract: Twelve (12) Month Period from Date of Award with Four (4), Twelve (12) Month Renewal Options. Question Deadline - 03/20/2025 at 2:00 PM ET - All inquiries and questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to Neil Cutler, CPPB, VCCO, VCO CUPO, Procurement Manager, Department of Procurement Services via email at ccutler@odu.edu. A response via an addendum shall be issued for any such requests deemed to have any bearing on service delivery or cost. Upon the award or the announcement of the decision to award a contract as a result of this solicitation, the University will publicly post such notice on the EVA VBO website for a minimum of 10 days. Any response to this solicitation shall be valid for (90) days. At the end of the (90) days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the Bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is cancelled. Any damage to existing utilities, equipment, or finished surfaces resulting from the performance of this contract shall be repaired to the University's satisfaction at the Contractor's expense.
