Question Deadline 04/10/2025- No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made, and no oral instructions will be given before the award of the Work. Discrepancies, omissions or doubts as to the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be communicated in writing to the Owner for interpretation. All questions shall be received no later than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids. The Work under this Project consists of the demolition and removal of the abandoned general aviation fuel tank and associated equipment, including the concrete pavement that exists today. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor non-substantive informalities in the Bid, to reject any/or all Bids, to award any Bid in whole or in part and award the Bid considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner also reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder should the Bid exceed available funds. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
