The submitted bids shall include the work generally stated in the following description: 1. Pulverize and Pavement replacement for approximately 2798 lineal feet of roadway of Ferris Dr. to termini and 106 lineal feet of roadway of Pine Dr. to termini. The project is part of a Local Road Improvement Grant (LRIP). The project includes full-depth pulverization and repaving. All driveways along the project shall be sawcut to blend with the new roadway surface and one foot shoulder will be provided on each side of the new roadway. Work to be completed by September 15, 2025. 2.Provide optional quote to Pulverize and Pavement replacement for approximately 2323 lineal feet of roadway of Ferris Dr. to termini to Pine Dr. and 106 lineal feet of roadway of Pine Dr. to termini. The project includes full-depth pulverization and repaving. All driveways along the project shall be saw-cut to blend with the new roadway surface and one foot shoulder will be provided on each side of the new roadway. Work to be completed by September 15, 2025 A Performance Bond payable to the Village of North Prairie will be required. The contractor must also provide the Village of North Prairie with a Certificate of Insurance. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) and payable to the Village of North Prairie. The Village of North Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which is deemed most favorable to the interests of the Village. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
