Site work for a municipal facility in Logan, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Project awarded to Green Mountain Technologies but no awa amount provided by the source. The project consists of design, furnishing of equipment, and startup assistance to support the installation of a computer-controlled Aerated Static Pile (ASP) compost system. The project equipment includes: o Computer control system o Positive and Negative aeration fans o In-trench aeration floor components o Biofilter mechanical components o Surface irrigation components o All piping, ducting, and appurtenances for a complete and operable composting system The facility shall be constructed within the existing compost area footprint at the Logan Landfill. The equipment will be selected as part of the compost equipment preselection phase and will be incorporated into the design and construction of the project. The successful compost equipment supplier must provide schematic drawings for the procurement of a general contractor. The successful general contractor will work with the compost supplier to construct the compost system.
