Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The County of San Mateo - Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for the Bay Road Drainage Improvement Project. The work to be done consists, in general, the installation of storm drain facilities including but not limited to approximately 470 linear feet of 15" HDPE pipe, four (4) shallow storm drain manholes, three (3) Type GO inlets along Bay Road from 5th Avenue to 7th Avenue. Reconstruction of valley gutters, driveways, curb and gutter,sidewalk and the restoration of excavation trench as well as any other items and details not mentioned above, but required by the Project Plans, Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, and the directions of the Engineer. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 Questions regarding the Contract Documents concerning items such as discrepancies, conflicts, omissions, doubts as to meanings, or regarding scope of bid items shall be referred to the Engineer. Inquiries must be received in writing via email, to mwong4@smcgov.org and mraman@smcgov.org, not less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening
