Site work for a water / sewer project in Redwood City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to installation of 5 mainspring linear generators at Silicon Valley Clean Water Complex. The generators are not emergency or standby generators. Project scope will include the necessary eletrical and structural work to provide for the complete system. Trades required include: Electrical, Erosion Control, Plumbing, Asphalt, Third-Party Testing, Earthwork, Surveying and Site Logistics. Project Schedule; Contract Secured: 5/20/25 Mobilization: 7/25/25 LGen pad ready: 9/25/25 LGen, Transformer, and Switchgear Delivery: 9/25/25 AHJ Final inspection: 10/27/25 Substantial Completion: 11/12/25 Commissioning Completion Date: 1/26/26 Davis-Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Requirements / Federal Wage Determination for San Mateo County. DBE, Local Business Subs and Suppliers highly encouraged to bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
