The City of Redwood City is seeking proposals from qualified Consultant(s) to provide oncall, as needed City land surveying services per Section IV - Exhibit Scope of Services at a competitive Price. The on-call services from qualified surveying firm(s) are planned to begin in July 2025. The contract award(s) will be based on a combination of factors that represent the best overall value for completing the scope of work as determined by the City. The City reserves the right to select none, one, or more than one firm to provide services. It is the intent of the City to contract for the services presented herein for a term of three years (July 2025 through July 2028), with an option to extend for two (2) additional oneyear terms. The additional terms are subject to satisfactory services and negotiation of terms, including price acceptance for both the City and the selected Consultant(s).
