Sequoia Union High School District ("District") is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, associations, or professional organizations to provide District-Wide HVAC Digital Control System Upgrade (RFP 25-1074C). The need of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to attain information that will allow the Sequoia Union High School District ("District") to contract with a Contracting Company or Firm ("Contractor") to provide District-Wide HVAC Digital Control System ("Services") for and on behalf of the District at various District facilities. SUHSD Administrative Building SUHSD Adult School Palo Alto Education Center a. Provide DDC System Programming and Graphics for added equipment zones. b. Provide Firmware/Software updates for new and existing Automation Servers. c. Provide & Install Ethernet Network Cabling, Switches, and Routers for new Hardware. d. Provide & Install Classroom Window or Door Switches (6) Locations Per Classroom. e. Provide & Install Classroom CO2 Monitoring per Division of the State Architect (DSA) IR N-2 for each room with new HVAC equipment. f. Provide & Install Classroom Pandemic Ventilation Control (dampers and actuators by SUHSD). g. Provide & Install Classroom Wildfire Smoke Curtailment Control (dampers and actuators by SUHSD). h. Provide & Install Classroom DDC Controllers and Thermostats for all new AC/Furnace equipment. i. Provide Complete DDC system: including termination, configuration, and integration. j. k. IV.
