The need of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to attain information that will allow the Sequoia Union High School District ("District") to contract with a Contracting Company or Firm ("Contractor") to provide District WideArea-Network System Upgrade ("Services") for and on behalf of the District at various District facilities. District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items. District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance and to determine whether an RFP Response is responsive, responsible, and qualified.
