Sugar Creek Emergency Sewer Repair For the repair and realignment of a portion of the sewer trunk line along Sugar Creek and the replacement of two aerial crossings across Sugar Creek including related work. The work consists of the installation of +-780 LF of new 30" PVC gravity sewer pipe, new manholes, abandonment and grout filling of the existing 36" gravity sewer line, replacement of two 8" aerial crossings with 16" steel casings, concrete support piers, bypass pumping, clearing and grubbing, and all related work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids The contract time is 120 calendar days. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price will be required. If bid price is $25,000.00 or less no bonds are required. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise
