Site work for a water / sewer project in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Remer Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase 1 For repairing/replacing approximately 610 linear feet of sanitary sewer trunkline/main including related work. The work consists of initial condition survey and video records, clearing, bypass pumping, cleaning of existing 18" concrete sewer pipe, installation of PVC/HDPE liners, grouting, repair manholes and installation of manhole lining, erosion & sedimentation control measures, permanent grassing/groundcover and all related work. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receiving the bids. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price will be required. If bid price is $25,000.00 or less no bonds are required. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise. The City of Valdosta is an equal opportunity employer.
