These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga3:00 PM March 28, 2025 Henry County Government is seeking a qualified Contracting team to construct a new disc golf course at Bud Kelley Park, located at 1605 Kelleytown Road, McDonough, GA 30252. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
