Queensborough Community College Daycare Center Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for Construction Services for converting our current Y Building into a new Daycare Facility. This is part of a phased approach, Construction is phased 1. Queensborough invites proposals from firms with demonstrated experience in permeation grouting, excavation, and infrastructure stabilization for institutional projects. Contractors must show their technical expertise, ability to manage regulatory approvals, and capacity to complete the work efficiently and in compliance with all requirements.
