The Nassau County Department of Public Works is requesting proposals from firms to provide Professional Construction Management and Inspection Services for Nassau County Department of Public Works Construction Management Unit: Highway/Bridge Construction Group for the for- Resurfacing Phase 72-Atlantic Avenue Rehabilitation from Milburn Creek Bridge to South Main Street. Services may include providing one Resident Engineer, one Office Engineer, and two Construction Inspectors as needed for managing all construction related activities, contractor claims, and construction related engineering services. All questions regarding this RFP should be submitted by email, prior to close of business on Monday, March 31, 2025, to Richard Iadevaio, Jr, at riadevaio@nassaucountyny.gov CR Number: 2119966 Contract term: Two Years The successful Proposer will be required to comply with a 20% DBE goal for this project as per Federal requirements expressed in Title 49 CFR Part 26. All vendors shall submit DBE Utilization Plan with their Proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
