Bid Bond 10% Bid bond and 100% Performance and Payment Bond ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF AUGUSTA OR UNIFIED GOVERNMENT OF AUGUSTA-RICHMOND COUNTY STAFFS OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive formalities. All questions should be directed to Darrell White, Interim Procurement Director, and must be in writing by fax to 706-821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov. The last day to submit questions is Wednesday, April 16, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. Scope of Work Remove and dispose of the existing roofing system down to the structural deck. Inspect and repair the deck as necessary. Install new R-25 polyisocyanurate (Polyiso) insulation. Install new 60-mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single-ply membrane roofing system. Provide all necessary flashing, edge metal, and accessories for a complete, watertight installation.
