Framing of new walls Drywall Soffits Addition - adding soffits to corridors for improved design and functionality Restrooms - ensure accessibility and adequate fixture counts, and update finishes within the current layout wherespace limits. Provide alternate designs for gender neutral restroom after fixture counts are met. Ensure they meet current standards. o System Upgrades - upgrading essential building systems to include the following: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): Replacement or refurbishment of all air systems and building hydronic system which is fed by the central steam and chilled water plant; design to include heat recovery chiller for energy efficiency and thermal comfort improvements Electrical systems: Primary switchgear and distribution Sprinkler systems Audio Visual Installation: Installing new and integrating current audio-visual equipment to enhance the learning experience Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) - Pre-Ordered Equipment The awarded DBC will be responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, transporting, protecting, and installing the following OFCI equipment/furnishings: One (1) Electrical Switchgear Owner Furnished Owner Installed (OFOI) Selected toilet accessories Furniture Audio/Video Equipment
