The Scott County Secondary Roads Department is requesting proposals for Professional Construction Inspection Services for Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Road Reconstruction. All questions and digital proposals should be sent to Angela Kersten, County Engineer, angela.kersten@scottcountyiowa.gov. Scott County has contracted with Midwest Concrete Inc. (Contractor) to complete three PCC Road Reconstruction projects in unincorporated Park View. See attached construction plan sets. The Contractor has indicated that construction will start on May 17, 2025, and may continue through November 2025. The Contractor may have multiple crews working on the projects simultaneously. Construction will be completed in accordance with Iowa Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
