Reference Number 0000379955 It is the City's intent to purchase one (1) brand new 2024/2025 Street Sweeper. The completed unit is to be delievered complete and operable to the City of Shafter Corporation Yard at 720 Commerce Way, Shafter CA 93263 or otherwise arranged by pickup by the City. All work and material furnishied shall be subject to the approval of the Purchasing Office and the Public Works Department, which is the using department. The equipment offiered shall be the Manufacturer's current or new models. Where specifications for specific items are not included, manufacturer's standards are satisfactory, or they are not applicaple to this equipment. Federal Exempt Each bidder shall specify a guaranteed delivery date. Payment will be made with (10) days after acceptence of the items of equipment by the City Council. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, propsals, or to waive any technicality in any bid should they deem it in the best interest of the City to do so; and further to award the contract to other than the low bidder if in its opinion time of delivery and specifications or equipment proposed to be furnished, warrants such action. All bids shall be presented on bid and proposal forms to be furnished by the City of Shafter.
