Ruiz, in written form [EMAIL Kristan_mcwhorter@kernhigh.org] a minimum of seven (7) days prior to bid opening date. GRADING/PAVING - All labor materials and equipmentrequired to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of the permanent modular building with concrete pit-set foundations, including excavation, and back filling and compaction around the foundations. To include but not limited to; demolition of concrete, grading, finished pad, storm drain, dry well w/2" Gopher slab, extension to ground of bard unit condensation lines, and placement of asphalt or concrete, etc. as indicated on the drawings / specifications.: ELECTRICAL - All labor materials and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of modular building; To include but not limited to; power, electrical gear/panels, fire alarm, public address, data, low voltage, etc. as indicated on the drawings / specifications. All spoils are to be removed from the site and included in this bid. Exclude all work to truck, crane, place, set modular building in these scopes as they are to be performed by another installer.
