Weekly inspections to include - o 3 visits a week by a Class 1 or higher wastewater operator. o All operational checks logged in logbook to meet EPA requirements. o Troubleshoot any issues o Meet with county and/or EPA inspectors as needed. o The plant uses chlorine and bisulfite to disinfect. These chemicals will be provided for disinfection requirements. o Complete process control testing Lab analysis - o Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly testing, sampling and reporting required by the OEPA including sample delivery to lab. o Complete monthly EPA DMR (Discharge Monitor Report) online including staffing requirement reporting via ebiz. o Respond to violations. o DNR will pay for sampling and to receive the reports directly. General maintenance - o Changing belts, greasing, and oiling pumps and motors, other minor maintenance - all materials provided. o Maintaining the sand filters o Cleaning and maintaining plant o Check lift stations once a week for operational issues
