The Contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment for construction of the work indicated within these Contract Documents. The following description is intended to provide a general overview and is not to be considered a scope of work' The general work description for the AV328-500, AV341-335, AV336-338, MH 93-96 Sewer Upgrades is comprised of four areas as follows; AREA A- AV341 to AV335 (to be completed in 2025) .1 Installation of approximately 350 metres of underground water, recirculation and sanitary sewer piping. .2 Installation of ten (10) new access vaults; .3 Road reinstatement and drainage improvements to the project area AREA B-AV336 to AV338 (PROVISIONAL - to be completed in 2026) .1 Installation of approximately 200 metres of underground water, recirculation and sanitary sewer piping. .2 Installation of four (4) new access vaults; .3 Road reinstatement and drainage improvements to the project area AREA C-AV328 to AV500 (PROVISIONAL - to be completed in 2026) .1 Installation of approximately 85 metres of underground water, recirculation and sanitary sewer piping. .2 Installation of four (4) new access vaults; .3 Road reinstatement and drainage improvements to the project area AREA D-MH93 to MH96 (PROVISIONAL - to be completed in 2026) .1 Installation of approximately 30 metres of underground water, recirculation and sanitary sewer piping. .2 Installation of four (4) new access vaults; .3Road reinstatement and drainage improvements to the project area The City of Iqaluit is seeking to retain construction services for AV341-335, AV328-500, AV336-338, MH 93-96 Sewer Upgrades Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
