Reference Number 0000291048 Pricing Lump sum Question Deadline 04/23/2025 at 3:00 PM CT The objective of this project is to maximize raw water levels in the Lake Geraldine water reservoir, through pumping operations from the Niaqunguk ('Apex') River. This objective will be achieved by pumping raw water from the Apex River starting during the 2025 freshet and ending in Fall 2025. Pumping activities shall be constrained by minimum water levels in the Apex River. Separate to this solicitation, the City is completing the procurement of a preferred Contractor with a view to commencing pumping operations in early May 2025. Under this RFP solicitation (2025-RFP-002), the City is seeking the services of an Engineering Consultant to act as the Owner's Engineer and Contract Administrator. The Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the Contractor's efforts in assembling and operating the Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
