Reference Number 0000289009 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/28 12:00:00 AM CDT This Request for Proposals (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Pubic Service Delivery, in behalf of the Department of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Land Surveying Services, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Appendix B - Scope of the Deliverables. The Purpose of This Appendix is to Outline the Scope and Requirements of the Consultation and Agreements Branch Within the Department of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures Which Requires Legal Land Survey Work to Be Completed in Order to Transfer Land to Canada for the Benefit of Cross Lake First Nation. Manitoba is Obligated to Complete This Land Transfer and Survey Work as Per the Terms of the 1977 Northern Flood Agreement. These Surveys to Be Completed Will Be to Determine Severance Lines. Proposed Easement for Water Storage (Pews) Maps Will Be Made Available and Attached to the Posting Specific to This Site.
