Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removals, the installation of new foul ball, baseball backstop and dugout fencing, new granular pads and benches, and soil and sod. The Contractor shall not commence the Work on the Site before July 1, 2025. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, Form_H1_Performance_Bond, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. A labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, Form_H2_Labour_and_Material_Bond, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Bid, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities, if the interests of the City so require. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
