Relocation and possible addition of some utilities to include but not limited to electrical, networking, and HVAC. Project Work Location: 1400 Emancipation Hwy., Fredericksburg VA, 22401. Proposed Project Commencement Date Within 45 days of contract award selection. Proposed Project Term Two (2) Months. FXBGO! has 2 areas located at its Central facility that are desired to be remodeled. Project scope will include demolition. Relocation and possible addition of some utilities to include but not limited to electrical, networking, and HVAC. 1. FXBGO! has 2 areas located at its Central Facility that are desired to be remodeled. Project scope will include demolition. Relocation and possible addition of some utilities to include but not limited to electrical, networking, and HVAC. Preliminary drawings are included below. 2. Contractor shall obtain and pay for all construction permits, licenses, and certificates of occupancy required. 3. Contractor must be able to be compliant with the Davis Bacon Act. Wage Determination documentation attached. 4. All work and related work for site cleanup and site restoration (ex. Repair, resort, and repaint of any wall damage).
