Pre-Bid Meeting No Q&A Deadline 03/27/2025 5:00 PM (PDT) Online Q&A Yes The City of Laguna Niguel is actively seeking a qualified and experienced firm or company to provide On-Call, Citywide electrical maintenance and repair services. This contract will cover a comprehensive range of electrical services for all City-Owned Facilities, Parks, Medians, and Public Right-of-Ways throughout the city. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation, maintenance, and timely repair of the electrical systems across these various public spaces, including but not limited to lighting systems, electrical panels, and other associated infrastructure. The services will be performed on an as-needed basis, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. The goal is to ensure that all electrical systems remain fully operational, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions to city operations and public safety. The initial contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years* effective from date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel at any time if services rendered are unsatisfactory. The City also reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of an appropriation. Such nominations of extensions will be made no later than ninety (90) days from termination date.
