This project involves the replacement of key structural and aesthetic components of the community hall, including the roof, soffit, fascia, downspouts, eavestrough, vent, ramp, railing, and flooring. The goal is to enhance the building's durability, functionality, and visual appeal while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Roof Replacement Site Preparation: Secure the site with warning signs and barriers to ensure safety for workers and the community. Remove existing roofing materials (shingles, tiles, etc.) and transport to local WDS Inspect and repair underlying structures (decking, rafters). Install new metal roofing (color and style to be approved prior to purchase). Roof diagram included in Appendix A for reference. b. Soffit and Fascia Replacement Remove old soffit and fascia and transport to local WDS. Replace rotted facia board with new 2x6 facia board Install new 12" white metal soffit and fascia c. Downspouts and eavestrough Replacement Remove existing Downspouts (6 total) and Eavestrough and transport to local WDS Install new Eaves systems ensuring proper drainage away from building Include splash pads at downspouts d. Vent Replacement Inspect all existing roof vent (1 Gable end) Replace with new vents (White in color) e. Ramp Replacement Remove existing concrete wheelchair access ramp. Prep area with gravel and ensure adequate drainage Construct new ramp meeting accessibility standards - Treated wood material Length - 30 Width 8' Slope 1" x 12" Railing Length 36' total Railing height 32" f.
