Reference Number 0000289270 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/19 12:00:00 AM CDT Fire extinguishers that have reached their expiry may be replaced under this Contract with the approval of the Site Coordinator. No fire extinguisher shall be replaced prior to this Approval. Parts for extinguishers, replaced as an "as required". Portable fire extinguishers, which must be removed from the site for repair, are to be replaced in the interim, at no charge to the Manitoba Government, with a unit of equal capability in accordance with N.F.P.A 10 Section 3-1 If fire extinguisher is removed from the site for repair, the original fire extinguisher must be brought back. Cannot replace with a different fire extinguisher. Service personal to have sufficient/correct inventory on hand to complete service in one visit. Travel expenses will not be covered for revisits to complete service. The term of the Contract is to be for a period of one (1) year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
