Contractor shall submit a complete bid in duplicate (two originals), coordinate the work of all sub-contractors, and be responsible for the construction activities at each of Ivy Hall Elementary School and Kildeer Countryside Elementary School as detailed in the Contract Documents. Bids received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the Bidder unopened. All proposals received in accordance with the requirements above will be publicly opened and read at the place, date and time stated above All bids must contain the Project Name, Bidder's Company Name, and the place,date, and time of bid opening on the outside of the sealed envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid made payable to OWNER. Cash deposits,company or personal checks are not permitted.9.The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.
