Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law.
