The Town of Onley, Virginia is seeking proposals from interested electricians and electrical firms for design and construction services related to the installation of a new electrical service and related infrastructure,to be located at the garage located at 25559 E. MainStreet, Onley. The respondent shall be a licensed electrician in the Commonwealth of Virginia and shall present demonstrated evidence of ability,qualifications, and experience in successfully completing similar projects for small local governments and/or businesses. Contracts will be awarded based on information received and based on the proposal that is expected to be the most beneficial to the project. The Town of Onley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals. Securing all necessary permits required from Accomack County, VA. None needed from the Town of Onley. o Installation of overhead electrical hook-up for new ANEC delivery of electrical service. o Installation of new 200-amp electrical panel and wiring of an 1,800 SF garage. o Installation ofsix new (12,000 lumen each) energy-efficient interior LED hanging lighting fixtures and 3 light switches (1 per pair), fourteen new interior outlets, two exterior outlets, and all circuits as required, running all conduit on framing. Exterior fully shielded LED dual spotlights at four comers of building aimed away from adjoining properties. (See sketch for details). All exterior LED lighting is auto sensor (dusk to dawn). o Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal codes. o Coordination with municipal officials for permits, testing and inspections of completed work, with satisfactory certificate of approval. o Cleanup and proper disposal of all waste materials
