No additional services shall be performed until the Contractor receives written authorization from Clay County. Home rehabilitation project includes the following items: Carpentry Widen existing master toilet door and replace flooring after widening is completed. Work shall be to ADA compliance. Remove and replace existing sheetrock from the master vanity area due to extensive leaks. Remove and replace insultation in the same area. Electrical Replace light switch in the master bathroom that is not working. Replace outlet that is hanging out of the wall near the vanity in the master bathroom. Add GFCI outlet protection as needed, per code. Smoke alarm installed to current code in three (3) bedrooms within ten (10) feet outside bedroom doors (communicating/linked 10-year battery minimum or new hard-wired replacements). Plumbing Install two (2) - 18" grab bars in the master shower. Install one (1) 18" grab bar at the toilet in the master bathroom. Install new shower plumbing drains and controls as needed. The County reserves the right to make an award either in part or completely, and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the County; providing best value to the County with price, technical, and other applicable factors considered. Final Completion shall be obtained within sixty (60) days from Notice to Proceed.
