The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a licensed, qualified Contractor for providing and installing the lift station at the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Middleburg Substation located at 3799 Irvin Court - Middleburg, Florida 32068 The mission of the Purchasing Department is to provide fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the County, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a licensed, qualified Contractor for providing and installing the lift station at the Clay County Sheriff's Office, Middleburg Substation . This Bid requires a five (5%) percent Bid Bond. The Bid Bond is required to be uploaded within the Supplier Questionnaire. If submitting a Cashier or Certified Check, it must be uploaded with the Bids Supplier Questionnaire and the Original Cashier or Certified Check must be received by the Purchasing Department no later than two (2) business days after the RFB due date (Original Cashier or Certified Check due date listed below) Question Deadline 04/30/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit all inquiries online. The Board reserves the right and power to reject any and all Bids without cause and to waive technical and non-technical or non-material defects in the Request for Bids or submittal of any Bid, and in its discretion to re-advertise the Request for Bids. The Board reserves the right to award Request for Bids which would be in the Best Interest of the County. Clay County reserves the right to cancel a RFB at any time prior to approval of the award. The decision to cancel a RFB cannot be the basis for a protest under the Bid Protest Procedures as referenced herein.
