**As of May 23,2025 the project was awarded to Marina Landscape, Inc. with an awarded amount of $4,339,447.50.** Bids must be submitted on the blank forms prepared and furnished for that purpose in the Contract Documents. Any modifications, limitations or unauthorized changes to the bid forms will render the bid unresponsive and may result in its rejection. Alterations of the required format of the proposal must be explained or noted in the proposal over the signature of the bidder. SCOPE OF WORK. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
