The RFP Part 1 process will solicit proposals from prospective Offerors as stated in RFP Part 1 Pre- Qualification of Offerors. In accordance with RFP Part 1, an evaluation will be conducted of each Proposal received and, on the basis of the evaluation, a list of no more than three Pre-Qualified Offerors eligible to respond to RFP Part 2 to perform the design-build Project will be generated. The RFP Part 2 process will follow the submission requirements and evaluation outlined in RFP Part 2.
