Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Mansons Landing, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project generally consists of replacement of existing standard efficiency boiler plant with new high efficiency condensing boiler plant [2 - IBC SL-40-399 G3 Boilers]. Supplying boilers is included in contractors' scope of work. Electrical and DDC Controls work will be provided under separate contract by owner. All work is to be completed outside of school hours. Contractors working hours to include evenings, nights, weekends, and academic holidays. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
