Site work and paving for a road / highway in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the paving of various township roads. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Willistown Township. All quantities are approximate. Payment and Performance Bonds in the full amount of the contract will be required prior to awarding the bid. Item #1: 39,992 Sq. Yds. Full Width Milling to a Depth of 1.5 Inches. Item #2: Deliver and place 3,636 Tons 9.5 mm Superpave 64-22.3 to 3 ESALS (No Substitutions Allowed) to a Compacted Depth of 1.5 inches. Item#3: Deliver and place 239 Tons 9.5 mm Superpave 64-22.3 to 3 ESALS (No Substitutions Allowed) Leveling Course as needed Item #4 Deliver and Place 190 Ton 19.5 mm Superpave 64- 22.3 to 3 ESALs (No Substitutions Allowed) Base Course compacted at a minimum depth of 2.5 inches as needed. The Township reserves the right to reject all bids, or to waive any defects or irregularities in the proposal. Award of contract to winning bidder must be approved by HRMD Board of Directors at April 29, 2025 Board meeting. HRMD is targeting a summer of 2025 installation with a 75 day window of completion
