REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DESIGNER SERVICES FOR YARMOUTH SENIOR CENTER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT The Town of Yarmouth (referred to as the "Owner") is seeking sealed applications from registered and qualified firms with relevant experience to provide design services for the Yarmouth Senior Center Improvements Project. These services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents. The scope of required services includes, but is not limited to, Conceptual or Preliminary Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bid/Award processes, Construction Administration, Commissioning, and Final Closeout. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Section 7C, 44-58. Contracts will be awarded strictly in accordance with the RFQ requirements. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ or otherwise provide additional information, an addendum will be issued to all prospective proposers who received copies of the original request. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. The Town is an EOE employer and encourages participation from Massachusetts-certified minority- and women-owned businesses. All technical questions must be submitted to Svetlana Salemme-Procurement Program Manager, via email at SSalemme@yarmouth.ma.us on or before April 1, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. No technical questions will be accepted after this time. Final questions and answers will be posted via an addendum at least 48 hours prior to the submission deadline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
