Site work for a mixed-use development in S Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Dennis-Yarmouth Intermediate Middle School fields, installed in 2022, include two multipurpose synthetic turf fields, a walking track, and a long jump area. Drainage issues caused by the existing ten-inch subbase require removal and replacement. This project involves replacing the synthetic turf fields, excavating and replacing the subbase down to native soil, and installing a new drainage system with fabric and flat panel drains per the drawings. The adjacent long jump area will be removed for construction access. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Questions Due: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 @ 5PM Time of Completion The successful contractor shall commence work no later than May 15, 2025 with substantial completion by August 1st, 2025 and final project close out no later than August 15, 2025.
