The project purpose is to construct a Restroom Facility at the Town's Riverwalk Park. This project is the second phase of the park construction project. This phase involves the installation of a pre-engineered restroom building on an existing concrete foundation with plumbing, electrical and ventilation systems. Site work includes earthwork, concrete terrace, concrete stairs with handrails, site lighting, utility connections including water, electrical, sewer and communications. Additive alternates include the installation of a cast-in-place concrete stair with handrails west of the restroom facility and installation of landscape plantings consisting of perennials, shrubs and trees . B. Phase 1 of the Riverwalk Park is anticipated to remain under construction through August 2025. The successful Bidder shall be obligated to fully coordinate Phase 2 work operations with the Phase 1 Contractor in a manner that allows both phases of the project of be advanced concurrently, without damage or negative impacts to the Phase 1 work already installed or scheduled to be constructed.
