Renovation of a mixed-use development in Azusa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

** As of May 7,2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 12,2025.** Qualified licensed contractors are requested to submit bids for replacing the roof at 1402 N Vosburg Drive, Azusa, CA 91702, and replacing the felt and fascia at 1625 N San Gabriel Canyon Road, Azusa, CA 91702. Public Works Contract with prevailing wage Remove existing roof layers to original substrate Furnish and install a new built-up roof at the district office Furnish and install new felt and fascia at flow control facility The bid must clearly state any exceptions. The San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informalities. Questions regarding the bid may be submitted in writing, by e-mail, or by phone.
