The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide consultant services for the Sacramento Avenue Corridor Infill and Infrastructure Capacity, Needs and Financing Plan. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor." Question Submission Deadline:March 21, 2025, 5:00pm A Proposer may submit Questions related to this RFP to the City through the City's e-Procurement Portal . City Council Contract Award:June 4, 2025, 7:00pm The initial term of the Contract will end on June 30, 2026. The City reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to 2 additional 1-year terms (individually, "Extension") upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed to in the Contract. Thus, parties agree the Contract may be for a total of 3 years upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed in the Contract.
