RCWSA RFP, SEP Lateral Re-Location Project The Rappahannock County Water & Sewer Authority is seeking bids for a project entailing installation of approximately 450 LF of 1.5-inch HDPE forcemain and approximately 60 LF of 3-inch DIP and connecting new forcemain system to the existing 1.5-inch PVC forcemain near the existing SEP station and to an existing insulated 4-inch forcemain suspended under the US Route 522 bridge. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. American Iron and Steel is Not Applicable for this project. Build American Buy American (BABA) is Not Applicable for this project. The Project has an expected duration of 120 days from notice of award/notice to proceed in which both will be simultaneously issued. No onsite construction activities will be allowed until after April 27 th , 2025. Completed Bid Documents to be submitted are C-522 and C-430 included in the Project Manual. Bid results will be posted by the end of the business day on the Rappahannock County website.
