Grounds Maintenance of the 60+ acre parcel known as the Simpson County Business Park, Magee, Mississippi. All Grounds Maintenance Activities will be under the direction of the Executive Director of the Simpson County Development Foundation and will include, but not necessarily be limited to o Finish Mowing of All turf areas designated a lawn; o Bushhogging of Other turf areas as designated; o Edging and Trimming of turf areas along the roads, ditches, and existing structures on the property. The schedule of all Grounds Maintenance Activities will be under the direction of the Executive Director of the Simpson County Development Foundation. On behalf of the Simpson County Economic Development District, the Simpson County Development Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
