Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sherman, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sherman Central School District Capital Improvement Project 2023 - Electrical Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
