Site work for a water / sewer project in Noble, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Construct the following improvements at the municipal sewer treatment plant located at 291 East South Avenue within the corporate limits of the Village of Noble in Richland County; removal and land-application of accumulated sludge on nearby farm land outside of floodplain and wetlands; piping and valving to allow bypassing treatment cell 31 during sludge removal; and replacement of a baffle in treatment cell #1. Question Deadline 04/17/2025- No oral interpretation will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Documents or any part thereof. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening the Bids will be given consideration.
