Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Foster City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes striping removal, concrete, curb, and paver removal, concrete curb installation, installation of pavers, installation of traffic striping and markings and grade adjustments. Questions are due to the City by April 3, 2025. Please find contact details above. Before you may start any Work at the Site, you must attend a pre-construction conference. The pre-construction conference may be arranged through the Project Manager, Jerrick L Carandang, at jcarandang@fostercity.org or (650) 476-7649. Questions regarding bonds and insurance may be directed to the same contact. All other inquiries regarding the Project should be directed to the Project Manager. Construction work shall be completed within 30 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run, which is anticipated to start on June 16, 2025 A California Class A contractors license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. Specialty work may require a specialty contractors license C held by Bidder or a listed subcontractor. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
